Important Notes

1. 5-star hotels in Makkah and 3/4 Star Hotel in Madinah
2. Moulim will provid Food during the 5 days of Hajj in Mina & Arafat.
3. Meet & Assist and baggage handling service at Jeddah Airport will be provided by United Agent Office
4. Ziarat (depending on local conditions and schedule)
5. Scheduled shuttle service from Aziza to a location in proximity to Haram (depending on local conditions and permitted dates)

Other Facilities

1. Tentative Private Hajj 2020 Package from Pakistan
2. You can Register your interest - Hajj Organizer can only confirm booking after RL Number is issued
3. Meal cannot be served in Muzzadilfah – only snack boxes can be provided
4. Tickets are Karachi to Karachi – Economy class
5. The rate of exchange as on the date of payment will be applicable. If rate of exchange increases between time of deposit payment and the time of final payment, new rate of exchange will be applicable on the remaining amount.
6. Maktab Number and Hotel in Madinah to be Confirmed
7. Bus transfer is planned from Muzzadilfah to Mina but walking might be required depending on ground conditions
8. The flights are not final yet – hence dates of the package might change a little depending on the flight (+- 1 to 2 days).
9. Incase Quota is Reduced - Confimration will be provided on First Come First Serve Basis
10. Group Movement Timings according to KSA will be subjected to Relevant Authorities
